Partial Planning & Styling Package
We assist in securing and coordinating with three planning suppliers, taking full control of all other booked suppliers starting at the eight-week mark. We create a style guide and ensure its consistency throughout your entire event, collaborating with styling suppliers and adhering to your styling budget.
Inclusions:
Organisation and sourcing of 3 planning elements
Attending any meetings required with these 3 planning suppliers
Point of contact for all other planning vendors from the 8-week mark
Creation and management of master wedding budget
A comprehensive styling mood board and guide
Sourcing, design, and execution of tablescape décor, linens, candles, floristry, dinnerware, glassware, furniture, stationery and signage
Complete liaison and communication between the venue and all of the above confirmed vendors, and suppliers from the 8-week mark
Invitation and RSVP management
Confirm all suppliers and vendors arrive in a timely manner
Run sheet, timings and program creation
1 x head stylist and planner present to execute on the day coordination and set up of styling elements and third party hire items, as well as on the day logistics and organisation of vendors, bridal party and guest management
The above staff member will remain on site for the entire bump in and bump out process, as well as throughout the wedding proceedings
