We create a bespoke style guide that reflects your unique vision and ensure it is seamlessly woven throughout your entire event. We collaborate closely with all styling suppliers, managing every detail to stay within your budget, while bringing your dream day to life.
Inclusions:
A comprehensive styling mood board and guide
Creation and management of styling budget
Sourcing, design, and execution of tablescape décor, linens, candles, floristry, dinnerware, glassware, furniture, stationery and signage
Complete liaison and communication between the venue and all confirmed styling vendors, and suppliers
Attending any meetings with booked styling suppliers
Confirm all styling suppliers and vendors arrive in a timely manner
Run sheet, timings and program creation for all styling suppliers
1 x head stylist onsite to conduct on the day coordination and set up of styling elements and third party hire items
The above staff member to remain on site for the entire bump in and bump out process of all styling elements
